Grenfell Tower council starts proceedings against companies

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea council has started legal action against companies involved in the refurbishment of Grenfell Tower in which 72 people died in a fire eight years ago.

Water company price review redeterminations deferred for six months

Liquidated company fined for safety failings that led to an employee’s death

A company now in liquidation has been fined £90,000 and ordered to pay costs of £28,956 following the death of worker Maciej Rozanski who fell through a roof on a site in Dudley.
