Companies fined after scaffolder fell from roof while installing edge protection

Two construction companies have been fined a total £79,300 at Leeds Magistrates Court after a scaffolder broke his arm and leg and suffered head lacerations after falling through a roof skylight while installing temporary scaffolding edge protection at a warehouse in Yorkshire.
