Competition authority launches new investigation into housebuilders

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has published its final report on the housebuilding market in Great Britain and says it has found evidence during its study that some housebuilders may have breached competition law by sharing information, influencing the build-out of sites and the prices of new homes.
