Adjudicator’s decision enforced in £2.2m leisure complex dispute

A local council has secured more than £2.2 million in damages from contractor Allenbuild after the High Court granted a summary judgment to enforce an adjudicator’s decision relating to defects in the construction of a leisure and swimming complex, built 15 years ago.
