Appeal court rules on adjudication enforcement for insolvent firms

A High Court ruling which dismissed an insolvent construction company’s application for a summary judgment to enforce an adjudicator’s decision in its favour has been upheld by the Court of Appeal in John Doyle Construction v Erith Contractors.
