The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) has welcomed the Scottish Government’s recent consultation on raising tender threshold values under the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 but has called for fundamental reform of construction procurement in Scotland. RIAS is calling for significant reform or replacement of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.
