Former Keltbray managers jailed over demolition bribes

Four people (28 April 2025) have been jailed for corruption within the demolition industry over bribes of over £600,000.

Financial close reached on key carbon capture and storage project

Corporate crime rules in major policy change

Companies can escape prosecution for criminal conduct if they promptly notify the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) when they identify evidence of bribery, fraud or other corporate crime in their own organisations and cooperate fully with resultant investigations, the SFO has announced in a major policy change.
