Celotex fire test was not “underhanded”, Inquiry hears

The contractor who installed an ‘over engineered’ test rig designed by insulation manufacturer Celotex to ensure its RS5000 product received a pass for fire safety has said he was not aware of any “underhanded” behaviour and that the composition of the rig was “clear for anybody to see”.

Building scandal brewing in flood protection failures
