Builder fined after dangerous demolition

A Cornish builder has been sentenced following unsafe demolition work at a site in Falmouth which put workers at risk of falling through or from buildings being taken down and provided inadequate protection for the public.

Court denies appeal against HS2 plans for Euston

Welsh rail nationalisation ‘unsurprising’, say lawyers
