Law Commission to review Arbitration Act

A review of the Arbitration Act 1996 is to be conducted by the Law Commission, it was confirmed this week. Recommendations to the Government for reform are expected to be published for consultation next year.

Carillion audits claim advances against KPMG

Materials merchant fined after worker crushed
