Legal action is being threatened by campaigners over sweeping changes to planning rules which are set to come into force next week. Campaign group ‘Rights: Community: Action’ says the government’s changes to permitted development rights and change of use are unlawful and have been brought in without proper consultation or Parliamentary debate.
