An Arconic marketing manager warned the company about the potential dangers of continuing to sell polyethylene-cored (PE) ACM cladding 10 years before the Grenfell Tower fire, after attending a presentation in which it was suggested a fire at a building clad in the material could kill 60 to 70 people.
