The UK needs to do more to achieve its buildings and infrastructure carbon reduction goals and a more comprehensive sustainability approach is needed from government, says the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in a new report. Policy uncertainty and a lack of government incentives are main barriers to progress, says RICS.
