Competition watchdog clarifies policy on collusion over sustainability plans

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has issued draft guidance that is intended to ease antitrust restrictions on climate change initiatives following claims that businesses feared collaboration on sustainability policies could expose them to charges of collusion.
