Construction confidence falls as insolvencies anticipated

Just over one in seven construction firms are now lacking confidence that their business will survive the next three months according to new government data, hinting that a wave of insolvencies could be on the horizon. Lawyers report cut throat pricing and warn that unscrupulous use of onerous contract terms could also force some companies to the wall.
