Consultation highlights UK procurement capability weakness

A consultation seeking views on the effectiveness of the UK’s model for planning, prioritising and designing major infrastructure projects has been launched by the Institution of Civil Engineers. The consultation follows publication of the National Infrastructure Strategy at the end of last year.
