Costs no longer top concern in disputes

Costs are no longer the main concern for companies when bringing claims in disputes, according to a survey from Shoosmiths. The third annual litigation risk report from Shoosmiths - Litigation Risk 2026: Responding to the new wave of global risks’ -says that geopolitical instability and the increase of AI are reshaping the disputes landscape.
