Developers sign safety pledge as cladding fund demands dropped

Crest Nicholson, Barratt, Taylor Wimpey and Redrow are among the first major house builders to sign the government’s Building Safety Pledge, which commits them to address life critical fire safety issues on all medium and high rise buildings they were responsible for developing over the last 30 years.
