Developer Get Living is appealing this week against a ruling that it should help foot the bill for fire safety work in the former Olympic athletes’ village in east London in what is seen as a potentially landmark test case. A separate Building Safety Act appeal relating to the costs of fire safety works at Hippersley Point in southeast London, is also being heard this week.
