New guidance on future proofing amendments to contracts in light of Covid-19 has been published by the Construction Leadership Council this week, and includes draft amendments to the JCT Design & Build Contract 2016 and the NEC 3 and 4 Engineering & Construction Contract to cater for the impacts of the pandemic on the delivery of projects.
