All Tier 1 contractors and Tier 2 sub-contractors will automatically be included on Project Bank Accounts (PBAs) on new contracts under new rules being introduced by National Highways.
The move comes ten years after PBAs were first introduced on UK roads projects, and is being hailed by National Highways as a possible world first.
