Grenfell Inquiry hears call for products ban

An immediate ban should be placed on the use of any form of combustible insulation or cladding, the director of the specialist contractor responsible for the unsafe cladding system installed at Grenfell Tower has told the Inquiry into the 2017 fire, which resumed this week after a summer recess.
