Leadership change for safety regulators

Two key industry safety regulators are set for new leadership following recent announcements. Health and Safety Executive chief executive Dr Richard Judge has stepped down after four years in the role, while former airport boss Declan Collier has been named as the preferred candidate to chair the Office of Rail and Road.
