Water regulator Ofwat has approved plans for a five-year £104 billion investment in improving water infrastructure in England and Wales in its price review final determination that governs the size of the industry’s AMP8 investment programme. Ofwat has called for a ‘transformation’ in the culture and performance of water companies.
