Private sector investment to be leveraged into Scottish infrastructure

The Scottish Government has published its draft Infrastructure Strategy that includes £30 billion of capital investment over its Spending Review period to 2030. Leveraging private sector investment is a plank in the strategy, Finance Secretary Fiona Robinson says.
