Railway faults case to go ahead, Judge rules

A Scottish judge has ruled that a lawsuit seeking over £11.5M in damages against Morrison Construction, now part of Galliford Try, for its work constructing the Cairngorm Mountain Railway at Aviemore can go ahead.
