Report calls for private funding for transport infrastructure

A ‘Rail and Urban Transport Review’ commissioned by the Labour Party while in opposition has published recommendations to accelerate the unlocking of benefits from rail and urban transport infrastructure investment, calling for a greater role for private funding.
