Road project payments contested in court

Allocation of unpaid fees for labour on Scotland’s Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route scheme will be subject to a ‘proof before answer’, a judge in the Outer House of the Court of Session has decided after the joint venture company responsible for delivering the road construction project raised an action of ‘multiplepoinding’.
