Scaffold inspectors prosecuted after fall from height

Two scaffold inspectors caught falsifying safety certificates have been prosecuted after a roofing worker fell through a gap between scaffolding and building, resulting in serious injuries. Stephen Harper and Garry Arnold have been sentenced to community service following the incident.
