Statutory review abandoned after failure to serve applications on time

Reading Borough Council has embarrassingly had to abandon a statutory review against the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Michael Gove, after failing to serve its application to other parties in time. The council looks set to continue to challenge the housing project involved when detailed planning applications are made.
