Systems thinking urged to replace traditional project delivery

Construction’s traditional, ‘heroic’ style of leadership is not fit for purpose for modern infrastructure projects, which should be set up to ensure focus on outcomes drives all decisions, according to a new report from the Institution of Civil Engineers.
