In United Living (South) Limited v Dovista UK and Others [2026] EWHC 2676 (TCC), handed down on 3 November 2026, the Technology and Construction Court (TCC) dismissed an application by architect Hawkins\Brown Limited for summary judgment and to strike out a £7.4 million defects claim.
