Work inspections criticised at Grenfell Inquiry

"Sloppy” workmanship in the installation of cavity barriers intended to prevent fire spread at Grenfell Tower was missed by inspections carried out during the block’s refurbishment, the Grenfell Tower Inquiry has heard.
