Housing association wins £10.8 million in cladding dispute

A housing association has been awarded £10.8 million in damages and costs from contractor Mulalley & Co following a landmark ruling in July which was the first High Court judgment on a claim concerning defective cladding on a high rise building since the Grenfell Tower fire.
