Plan to punish uncooperative developers over fire safety moves ahead

Government has put in motion plans for a new ‘responsible actors’ scheme which will see developers blocked from the housing market if they fail to remediate historic fire safety issues such as combustible cladding in residential buildings they are responsible for.
